Mission

Solve real problems for real businesses with software that is engineered properly and judged by the people who use it.

Vision

A product company from Sri Lanka whose software people across the region rely on every day. Tress is the first.

Where it comes from

We spent years building enterprise systems for other people’s businesses. We kept two things from that time: the engineering, and the habit of asking who the software is really for. Now both go into products of our own.

  • An engineer's mindset

    Whatever our job titles, we approach every problem the way an engineer would, not a feature factory or a project plan. Understand it completely, then build the simplest thing that solves it properly.

  • Seen from the customer's chair

    Every screen and every decision is judged from the consumer's or the business owner's side of it, never the developer's.

  • You bring the domain

    Our clients and users know their business and its real problems better than anyone. Our job is to add our own judgement and turn that knowledge into a solution that fits.

  • The best solution, not the biggest invoice

    We would rather build the right thing than the profitable thing. Many businesses run better today on software we built that way.
